It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.

In addition to the support we have for paginated reports already, we have started the work to support this for Power BI reports and expect it to land by the end of the calendar year in the Power BI service.  Like for paginated reports, it will be a Premium feature and will be available to customers with either Premium capacity or if you have the new Premium per user license, which will be available at no cost to all users during the public preview period.  You can read more about getting priority access to the public preview for your tenant at this link - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/blog/priority-access-sign-up-for-power-bi-premium-per-user-public-preview-now-available/

It can be done only if one publishes to the web service. Even then though, formatting is at the whim of the browser and has been generally awful in my experience. Chrome has the best rendering of the PDF, using it's Save feature.

Would be great if PowerBI could export to PDF with true WYSIWYG functionality.

Can you please provide a method to print or export to pdf, PowerPoint, etc.. Ridiculous that the visuals cannot be printed.

I agree with . We like to print the data and analyze and discuss within team about . So far we do print screens - very uncomfortable

I too am looking for a replacement for SSRS. And since Office 365 SharePoint doesn't really support 'surfacing' SSRS reports for the user, we are stuck. PowerBI has gotten us so far, but the printing options/capabilities have shown to be a roadblock to adoption.

Report scheduling will extend the benefits of Power BI to non-ICT savvy users in our health service (the majority of staff). We have a business need for a regular queuing system that allows us to deliver regular reports and analytics. Power BI users here need to be able to set the time of delivery, recipients, frequency, error notification (if a report fails to send) and output type (pdf, html, excel etc.) - delivering the data to the end users/consumers.

It would be greatly helpful to have the ability to export a PDF, CSV, .png, etc of different reports that are embedded within websites. This type of web application serves the purpose of a querying tool for colleagues/clients to use key cuts of data in their own software tools.
