It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.

In addition to the support we have for paginated reports already, we have started the work to support this for Power BI reports and expect it to land by the end of the calendar year in the Power BI service. Like for paginated reports, it will be a Premium feature and will be available to customers with either Premium capacity or if you have the new Premium per user license, which will be available at no cost to all users during the public preview period. You can read more about getting priority access to the public preview for your tenant at this link - https://powerbi.microsoft.com/blog/priority-access-sign-up-for-power-bi-premium-per-user-public-preview-now-available/

RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
This is something many members of my organization are requesting. Is a solution in the works?
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
Please add export features. At least export to PDF!

This has my vote too.

This should 100% be an out of the box feature for Power BI Desktop. I'd be able to push my organisation onto this tool with zero argument if it was available. I'll never be able to sell the idea if functionality dictates users have to take screen clippings and embed them in PowerPoint slides for their clients
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
I've lost several sales for lack of this feature. It is one of the first features that customers are looking for.

Hi, big one yes....powebi please print properly....something as simple as this should be currently available. I do not want to print every single page manually. When exporting to PDF cuts off text....please sort out.
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
Typical of Microsoft, I am having a hard time accepting my inability to download in PDF unless I sign up for an online account, I am not going to do that because publishing any of my work online will violate government restrictions; therefore that is not an option. What do I do Microsoft? If you want a share in this market provide tools I can sell to my superiors, do you expect me to tell management that I have the visuals but I have no way to share with them??!! That will not go so well, will it!? Get real
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
im going back to qlik and tableu
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
How has this still not been implemented?
RE: scheduled export of a report to pdf
Wait, I have to publish stuff to get a simple printout - how am I supposed to argue the Business case without having Basic functionality?
