This new app feature is forcing the Power BI Apps to use the new navigation pane. This mess up the app's layout, If you have used tiles to navigate to each report. It is confusing if your app has many reports since you are forced to scroll in the navigation pane to find the open report.

It would be appreciated if you could make a rollback option doing the preview, so the workspace owners can make sure to adapt their layout to the new layout.

I clicked this option and it upgraded every workspace in my entire tenant with no option to switch back. Please provide an option to switch back all workspaces/apps and control this per workspace/app.

With this new public preview (and with others) - a rollback function needs to be added. It has been tried, and we are not currently happy to fully utilise. However there is now no option to rollback. This should be added, and to all other public previews (OR at very least, clearly documented early that it is a permanent feature once enabled).

Also agree, we accidentally upgraded our workspace and now we have an issue where we can no longer display page tabs along the bottom of reports in our app. Refer https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/Power-BI-app-no-longer-displaying-report-pages-as-tabs-along-the/idi-p/2747781Having page tabs along the left hand side is a poor user experience.Would really appreciate Microsoft fixing the page tabs issue or else allowing us to revert the upgrade

Indeed. We are experiencing that we just can't update which reports are included in the app. No matter how many times we click on the item to make it visible and update the app, the item does not appear in the app. The only solution seems to be unpublishing the whole app and recreating it from the scratch, which is cumbersome for the app with a high number of reports.

This new app feature is forcing the Power BI Apps to use the new navigation pane. I agree, there should be an option to switch between the previous and current navigation pane option, based on user preference.

Got notification from a work colleague that there’s a bug in Power BI Apps that affects the publishing of apps when the ‘New app experience’ is switched on for a workspace. New dashboards added to the app are not visible in the app. Can you verify this. Thanks.

Agree. Requesting rollback feature as soon as possible. Now, our end users will have different experiences since this is workspace specific.
