Power BI Home Screen has RECOMMENDED section, that shows what others users in organization have opened the reports and the activity. This seems like a privacy violation. Can we have an option to turn off this or hide please

RE: Remove “Recommended” section from home screen

I see the point about the privacy violation. I'm not as concerned about that, in fact I like seeing that my organization is actually viewing the reports. My issue is the huge waste of space and the fact that I want to get to my recent items, not what other people happened to have looked at.

Remove or allow user to set collapsed as default option. Agree with huge waste of space.

RE: Remove “Recommended” section from home screen

We should customize the Power BI home page in our organization. Specifically, to either remove the Recommended section or at least select the content displayed in that section. And it should be mandatory for all users within our organization.Currently, every user can view which reports were opened by others. It raises a significant privacy concern in our German cultural environment, which is heightened by the fact that this information is prominently displayed on the landing page.

"Recommended" is (in Lean language) wasted space,

This feature should be optional. Not only does it create unwanted bloat, but it can also produce security issues.

Our business users do not want to see content created outside of our organization such as cancer statistics on their home page.

We (IT) were asked the same question by our business community and agree with the security violation. Same reason for the ask from our business users.
