    Allow the mouse wheel to scroll tabs when mouse over the bottom tabs bar

    Well the idea is that if you mouse over the tabs bar on the bottom of the screen, using the mouse wheel allows you to scroll right or left all the tabs. (it works so nicely in Tableau already...).

    Arrows to scroll between tabs are quite narrow. I happen to move the tabs I'm working on to the left, and move them back to their right location afterwards.Side mouse wheels are quite common nowadays, it would be great to enable it on bottom tabs.

    Yes, please! It looks simple, very intuitive and the current navigation buttons are so annoying!
