There should be a filter which you can put one the first page for example. If the user of the report then makes a selection in this filter, the whole report/dashboard should change according to this filter. This would make things more efficient, because now you need to put a filter on every page and the filter only works on one page and not multiple.

This feature now exists where you can sync a slicer on one page to affect whatever pages you want.
