Needs VotesShare dashboard on modern SharePoint online page to Power BI free users

I want to use the Mordern SharePoint site Power BI webpart to display a Power BI dashboard for on our organisation's intranet for all users. But only the 30 Power BI pro users can see it. Power BI free users should be able to view a dashboard in this webpart. (It is sensitive financial information so cannot be shared "on the internet". Microsoft's disclaimer say's they might share it publically.)

Users to whom we only want to give a view only access via SharePoint webpart, why should they require a Pro License.
This idea really needs serious consideration.

Of course, Power BI Free users should be able to view reports or there should be a significantly reduced "view only" licence available. It's ridiculous to have to pay for a full licence for people who will never actually use Power BI Pro. Makes a complete mockery of the whole concept that you can publish a report for the world and it's mother to see and alter your data but you can't do it privately within your own business for which you have paid the cost of upgrading Office 365 twice to be able to include Power BI Free, Sharepoint etc but that's still not enough for MIcrosoft.
