Matrix Conditional Formatting Rules to include other field values as criteria

I really like the conditional formatting rules, however I would like to also be able to conditionally format a said value in a different colour / range dependent upon other fields values. eg A sale Margin of 30% on Product A may be green but on Product B (a much more profitable item) a green may not kick in until 45%, so when I've applied a filter to look at my matrix for only Product Bs and not Product As, I am needing a different rule to be applied to the conditional formatting colours etc.

This is an important feature. In our medical example, the success of a measure is not simply based on the value of that measure. We have a complex DAX algorithm that determines other context around the score to determine pass or fail. We need to use that separate field. If we could select that field in advanced before applying ranges, that would work.
