As I write each PBIX I find each time I need to create my date dimension, with some data from my transaction system and several calculated columns.
This is for more than just the date Dimension, I have Dimension tables in the data warehouse I regularly use and want to be able to bring them into the PBIX in the same way each time for consistency.
I think what I am proposing is a Dimension template which can be applied to a PBIX file.
