Dashboard tiles should respect report theme
I have imported a new theme to my report with my corporate colors, but when I pin the visualization to the dashboard as a tile it disregards my colors and uses the Microsoft stock colors. I would expect the image on the dashboard to show the same color scheme I have in my report theme.

I want to be able to clear the text string from the Q&A field quickly, at present I need to highlight and delete, there needs to be a X (clear function) which empties the string. At present, my users keep pressing Exit Q&A and then re-open which is a pain.
