    Please remove the row counts in filter panel. very confusing to our customers

    We're struggling with this as well. In cases where we don't want to show small numbers to protect patient privacy, we can create measures to mask those numbers, but if the numbers are still showing in filter counts, that's going to defeat the purpose.
