Search text in Slicer in not getting cleared when erser is used. Slice is always filter what is typed in search until cleared manually.

This is the one of the most frustrating features not to have. It doesn't make sense that you don't clear the search when the bookmark clearly doesn't have anything in the Search when it's created. MS, please think about the end-user experience if not the developers that have to try and satisfy their needs.

I'm surprised there are not more votes on this. Our users constantly are complaining that they have hit the eraser on a slicer, but still only see one value. It's because the slicer search line does not get cleared out when hitting the eraser button. I would also suggest that the search clears out when leaving and re-entering a report.

Yeah, it's weird/unexpected that the search term is retained, after clicking the eraser icon to clear the selection(s) on a slicer.

I have voted for this improvement. It seems like it is an easy fix that will greatly improve the usability of slicers.
