Support for existing hierarchies
If a cube already has a hierarchy, that hierarchy does not show up in the list of available dimensions. As a workaround, I have to add each level of my hierarchy as a separate "value" entry in my dimension so that it's accessible in PowerBI. Even if the hierarchy cannot be made available as a hierarchy, bring in each level of the hierarchy separately so it's at least available in a flat form.

I believe this is a different request than the this one https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/9425334-support-for-hierarchies. The OP was asking about being able to use the hierarchies that already exist within a cube.
