It would be great if we could toggle on and off a trend line for line and bar charts

I downloaded the April 28 version of PowerBI Desktop, and I can see trendline as an option on the scatter visualization. It would be helpful on lots of others though too.

I got an email saying that the request is being closed. And the status here says it's completed. I'm confused.

How can we add trendlines? Currently I only see them when insights are generate. Help!

I need trend lines so that I can let schools know whether they are over-interpreting their data over time.

Vote, currently, it seems that we can only add a reference line with a fixed value, a trend line reflecting a designated field value is really important.
