Can we get a polynomial trend line?
A trend line should come with the equation of the line and R^2 value. This must be done in the back end for the line to work, why can't it be inserted at the same time?
It's really needed to have Polynomial Trendline in Power BI!
This feature is in Excel for so many years!
This is marked as completed but I don't see the capability in my version which is the latest?? No link about to any support articles either. Usually when something is completed there a link to support.
Can you please add a polynomial trend line; it's astonishing to have such a basic feature available in Excel and not in a BI tool like Power BI
Please add support for trendlines - comparable to those available from Excel.
Not complete. Microsoft mods please re-open. Very Frustrating!
Please re-open it because it hasn't been implemented yet.
Thank you
Everyone who voted for this idea, please vote for this one as well. https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/14831643-advanced-trend-lines-in-charts-polynomial-expone
This doesn't seem to be completed. The current version of Power BI only allows a linear trend line which is extremely limiting. Can't this be expanded to other fitted curves?
It would also be nice to be able to display trend parameters on the chart.
