There should be some way to Show/Hide columns in power view report based on expression. Right now if hide from client tools option is selected in data model, it will not be visible in the report. There should be some feature to hide column based on expression as well like in SSRS

RE: Show/Hide columns in report based on expression.

Please. Please we need a filter that can show or hide certain columns. this is a major weakness for power bi. Another Business Intelligence tool Phocas can do that. and this is why we are not fully integrating to Power BI yet.

RE: Show/Hide columns in report based on expression.

In addition, I wish we can implement a slicer or filter or button or something the user can use to toggle the showing or hiding of certain columns. We have a table that contains Cost info, and Charges info, and whatever other info. A user may only want to see the Cost info or only the Charges info, or both. Would like an easy way for them to see only what they want. Thank you.
