Show/Hide a Slicer based on Another Slicer's selection

Slicer should have option to show/hide based on Another slicer's selection, infact it should be available for all visuals not just slicers.

The use case is - Sometimes there's a need to show/hide some slicers based on a Parent slicer, for eg consider this scenario.

I've 3 countries sales data, the Countries are India, China, Thailand. Only India has Sales group field rest both country doesn't have that. I've a sales group slicer to slice dice data However the sales group slicer should only appear when country India is selected and should be hidden for China & Thailand.
