When you publish a PBIX from Power BI Desktop to the Power BI Service, the Dataset and Reports are given the same name. It would be good if the Report name could be independently set within Power BI Desktop. You can change the name of a Report in the Power BI Service but if you publish again you won't want to have to rename each time.

And unfortunately we don't have solution of this basic thing in 2020 as well!!! MS team should review such requests!
