    Update Python packages to current versions (Seaborn, Pandas, Numpy, Matplotlib etc)

    Please can you update the versions of various python packages. Most are now out of date.


    • Seaborn is now at version v0.13,0 Power BI version is only at v0.11.2
    • Pandas is now at version v2.1.2, Power BI version is only at v1.3.5
    • Numpy is now at version v1.26.0, Power BI version is only at v1.21.6
    • Matplotlib is now at version 3.8, Power BI is only at v3.2.2
