The header bar currently pops up, which can overlap with other visuals and reduces space. It would be great if instead of popping up, it dropped down into itself. Switching off the Header Bar can be helpful, but reduces functionality.

YES! The header bar is so static it hurts. When one selects a visual if it's bordering another visual these pop-ups overlap the header bars of other visuals and it makes interacting with them much more cumbersome.
Additionally, the highest positioned visuals make these pop-up off the screen so we can interact with them without re-positioning the entire visual!
