In a large corporation, there will be hundreds, maybe thousands of organizational content packs.
We need a good user experience to help customers easily discover the right content pack for them to use. Today, content packs are sorted in the content gallery alphabetically.
This doesn't lead to the discovery of the right or best content pack for the user.
