Currently when creating a new flow via the Power Automate for Power BI visual, the flow is generated in the default environment. This should be configurable, so that I can choose which environment I would like to deploy my flow to (or consume from).

...... It's still unbelievable that this is not available considering all the governance strategy Microsoft spins around Power Platform. I have heard rumors of a feature on the roadmap for this, but couldn't find any info. Still accurate request in dec 2023.

Yes this is needed. There's a work around in this post but it's not that citizen developer friendly https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fcommunity.fabric.microsoft.com%2Ft5%2FDesktop%2FPower-Automate-Environment-Power-BI%2Fm-p%2F3069300%2Fhighlight%2Ftrue%23M1041996&data=05%7C02%7Cpar.adeen%40sandvik.com%7C2e3a50031c014bf2f20a08dbffcb905a%7Ce11cbe9cf68044b99d42d705f740b888%7C0%7C0%7C638385022015253294%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=KWCS5O9juve9hmqkrPq4S0oOErHD92cZFomYDYHN8xs%3D&reserved=0

This feature is an absolute must. We have implemented the Centre of Excellence toolkit in Power Platform and this feature needs to exist for Power Users to build their components in the correct environment governed by the appropriate Data Loss Prevention Policy.

The feature is unusable in a production environment without this improvement.

Please can we have a solution for this. This limits the solutions we can build in the public sector due to compliance reasons
