Make it possible to embed Power BI dashboards/reports/items on Office365/SharePoint online pages, for example as a web part.

Today I’m very excited to announce the availability of the Power BI report web part for SharePoint Online! We’ve heard from you all that SharePoint Online is a critical part of how you disseminate and communicate data and that to-date it wasn’t easy to include Power BI content there. The feature we’re announcing today changes all that. We’ve been busy at work with the SharePoint team building an out-of-the-box web part for SharePoint Online using their new Modern Pages infrastructure. The new web part we are releasing today enables SharePoint authors to embed Power BI reports directly in SharePoint Online pages with no code required! The feature is available today for Office 365 First Release customers. Any updates on this? I am leading on a presentation of PBI to our leadership team, in the hopes they approve it's use and embedding in SharePoint will be a minimum requirement for them. It would be nice if i could say when this was due

Please update us!! When will this functionality be available? There is no way our company wants any of it's data available to those outside our internal network. If this doesn't come out soon, you are going to doom this great tool to a speedy death which would be a shame.

This functionality will be critical to Power BI adoption in our organization.

All Office 365 apps should be usable as web parts inside SharePoint. Many of the available web parts are obsolete when compared to 365 apps. Another reason to include these as web parts is that it gets to a point when all the available options are scattered through many different places: if there's an option for creating a SharePoint site in Office 365, then it doesn't make sense to be navigating outside SharePoint to use the Office 365 apps.

Is there an ETA in when this feature will come available? the current solution with the embedded function is a no go for us as we don't want the social sharing button be available. Its a major security risk for us in our organisation.

This feature will make PBI an undisputable Leader. Similar to the MS SUITE. a Must have.
