It should be good if we can set Drill Mode ON/OFF by DEFAULT instead of clicking manually on the arrow every time on report.

We have improved this by allowing the drill action to take place inside the tooltip. Marking as completed. We will do more updates here but the initial item has been addressed.

Please enable - my reports are useless without this function permanently in place. Relying on senior management to press a button is unlikely, looking at using alternative software until this is reviewed and in place.

Just started publishing reports with drill-downs and am surprised to see this is an issue. I agree with all of the commentors!

I'm really struggling to convince our business to stick with Power BI if simple things like this can't be implemented. This Idea was submitted over 2 years ago and in the mean time numerous others have requested this in the forums and still no implementation or feedback from MS.
