It should be good if we can set Drill Mode ON/OFF by DEFAULT instead of clicking manually on the arrow every time on report.

We have improved this by allowing the drill action to take place inside the tooltip. Marking as completed. We will do more updates here but the initial item has been addressed.

So far the admins for the Power BI community have been less than helpful with any real issue or suggestion that I've seen.
This is a ridiculously easy fix, and they can't be bothered to address it even though there have been people asking for it for 3 + years...

I dont know why it takes so much time to get something so useful to the end user is not getting prioritized.

This is an absolute necessity. It makes no sense to have the end users turn on this setting each time they use the report.
