It should be good if we can set Drill Mode ON/OFF by DEFAULT instead of clicking manually on the arrow every time on report.

We have improved this by allowing the drill action to take place inside the tooltip. Marking as completed. We will do more updates here but the initial item has been addressed.

Can't believe this still hasn't been added. i actually need to put a text box on each page saying "Please click on the little down arrow before using the report"

This is BADLY needed... our customers keep struggling with this not being on by default...

Yes, much needed for customer experience. On maps this is particularly useful, where users would expect clicking a bubble would expand to the subset in the next level down of the heirarchy.
