This would be very useful for our organization. We have users who will set very specific filters in each tab of a report, and it would be very helpful to them if they could create Bookmarks that preserve all of those filters across sessions.
We are aware that report level filters can accomplish this to some degree, but sometimes we need multiple tabs to tell different stories at the same time. To achieve this, we would require as many bookmarks as there are tabs, and this makes organization of ideas somewhat unwieldy for our users.
Please consider this idea!

My organization employs a very strict change control and approval process for ALL production changes, and a feature like this would be extremely beneficial to us.
With this, we would be able to have separate workspaces for each environment (Dev / UAT / Prod), and through the REST API we could automate the process of promoting reports through the environments and approving releases. Without this, we have no way of doing this without resorting to very manual re-publishing of reports in PBI Desktop.
Please, Microsoft, consider this feature in the short term. We love the feature set of Power BI, and we love its Embedded Analytics capabilities, but the PBI Service is lacking in features that would allow organizations to share reports in a managed and governed way.
