Just so you know, you can build that yourself. What you do is create a new report that connects live to a Power BI dataset called "Report Usage Metrics Model". Once connected, you have access to data showing you who accessed what page and when.

Yes, one way is to write measures that use CALCULATE() with filters like 'Dim Date'[Date] >= TODAY() - 7.
Another is to use relative date slicers on your report page and set it to "Last" "1" "Weeks".
