For experienced users, these are 2 useless clicks that have to be done every single time, and are wasting everyone's time, first in the welcome screen having to tick a tiny link "Already have a Power BI account? Sign in", and secondly signing in or just closing the window if I don't plan to publish anything in this session.
For me there are two effective ways to tackle this:
- Persistent login, which automatically disables the welcome screens.
- Simple check box to disable these messages as suggested.
As I suppose persistent login is not planned due to security reasons, the second seems the best option.
Thanks for all the feedback on this! We are definitely planning on adding Incremental refresh to Pro. Do know though that it is a fair amount of work, so it may be a bit before we can give you a more firm timeline.
In the meantime, keep voting so you’re notified when we do have more information to share!
Can you send me email so i can connect w/ you w the team?
This topic is the same as this https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/15955765-save-a-powerbi-report-in-compatibility-mode . However, the description is not so accurate as the other topic. Could these be merged into a single topic?
Not having the ability to save in compatibility mode can be quite painful in the current release pipeline.
As this feature exists with the entire Office product family (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), this is a must have feature for Power BI too, in order to allow easy governance of the Power BI Report Server and Desktop compatiiblity mode versions deployment and governance.

Currently we are not planning to allow multiple apps to be published from one workspace. Soon we will allow you to discover and use a dataset across workspaces. Once we have this capability, we believe much of the need for multiple apps per workspace will be addressed.
Hello Microsoft team!
As Rui Romano and others, stated, my organization is also experiencing great limitation on the content sharing options. I have summarized my issues in the following blog post:
