PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. Increase the size of the allowable parameter text. Wasting hours and this change may only take a few minutes for a Microsoft coder.

I am upvoting. My concern may be slightly different, but based on the number of Refresh recommendations, I'm not the only one struggling.

When I use the "Query Editor" to build new data sources or change queries, etc, it can take an hour to get all my data imported properly. When I hit "Close & Apply" to return to the report, it force an entire refresh of the stuff I just refreshed. I could report development a lot faster if I didn't have to do double refreshes all the time. Need option to allow report to use what it already has in the Query Editor so we can get to work.

I am upvoting this because I think it is what I am looking for. I often steal valuable real-estate in reports adding a text box to explain what user is looking at or what they can do within the report. All I want is the small (i) information button to allow me to enter some text that displays as a tooltip when user hovers or clicks on it. Poof... instant instruction manual for newbies.

Our reports often use the right-click Drillthrough option to take users to a new page (tab). This is most often done in the 'table' component. The problem is new users have no idea which tables/fields provide that next level of information.

I would love for the table column header to include a small icon indicating that field is providing a drillthru capability. Then th user knows more info is available.
