We’re working on URL parameters for Paginated Reports in Power BI that would enable this scenario for users, and expect it to land soon. We will update the status here once it is released publicly. Thanks!
Another update on this item – users now have the ability to set up scheduled subscriptions with paginated reports and 6 different formats, along with parameters per subscription to allow further personalization. There is also now the ability to create paginated reports against any Power BI dataset in the service, and we’re planning to add drillthrough from Power BI to Paginated Reports in the short term.
We still have plans to support e-mail attachments for Power BI reports as well in the coming months, and we’ll share more specifics once we get closer to starting that work.
Good suggestion! Is anyone else trying to create a weighted/balanced scorecard? Please add your votes!
At the moment we don’t import custom objects (we have to request specific things through their API) but we could improve this in future.
We could also import custom fields on their standard objects.
Who else would find it useful? Please add your vote if you would!
Salesforce report has 2000 rows limitation. Custom object will be very useful for my company to create report. we can write query to get particular columns and joining objects without number of rows restriction.
I also want to have a custom date format just like excel
It will be also useful if we can adjust the height of the column header
