There are longer term plans to allow larger exports in that use case, but there isn’t a current timeline as to when that will be available. Customers who have Power BI Premium can set a drill-through to paginated reports via URL parameters as a workaround in the interim, as there is no data export limit for paginated reports.Aoife commented
Finding it incredibly frustrating to constantly receive the "Your data is too large" error when trying to export. This really needs to be fixed, I cannot understand why Power BI desktop is unable to handle a simple export request.

Definitely agree - I know the development team is working on adding font families to some visuals (e.g. tables and matrices), but I really need to be able to customise the fonts for all custom visuals. The branding team at my company really doesn't like fonts that aren't part of the approved company style and I don't want to be so restricted in which visual I use!
With the June Desktop update, we now support updating your chart fonts to any of the fonts we currently support for textboxes. Learn more in our blog: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-june-feature-summary/#fonts
We will be working on allowing you to use your custom installed fonts as well in a future release.
