I echo this request. It would be great to have a direct OneDrive for Business data source connection in Power BI Desktop. As I understand it, using the File data connector to point for a local file stored in OneDrive doesn't offer the sync/refresh benefits advertised for source files in OneDrive. The only way to do it in Desktop seems to be a roundabout way of getting the URL for a OneDrive for Business file from the web app, modifying it, and then using that with the Web data connector in Power BI Desktop.

OneDrive for Business is an available data source in the Power BI Service online, and it would be awesome (and useful) to have it in Power BI Desktop as well so that we wouldn't necessarily need to use a data gateway.

Unless I misunderstand the request, I think this is addressed by the Orientation formatting option: Vertical or Horizontal. Per https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/powerbi-service-tutorial-slicers/#format-the-slicer.

Perhaps this question is about changing the text direction like the setting in Word and other Office applications, though. https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Set-text-direction-and-position-in-a-text-box-or-shape-380535c8-f5db-420c-bf44-05438ef7e7b9

I'm having this same issue. I have a lot of information in my tooltips. The tooltip box/container seems to have a max height that is too small to contain all of the data, so some of it gets cut off.

The trend line feature that was recently added is great and much appreciated, but it would really create so much more value to have more advanced features like those mentioned above.

Could we also have the option of displaying the R2 or other correlation value? And the fit line equation. Even if the equation couldn't be displayed on the report, it would be nice to be able to see what it is (and copy the text for use elsewhere)

I love the new feature to show trend lines on charts. Thanks!

The only thing it's missing is the option of displaying the R2 value and/or or the fit line equation. Even if the equation couldn't be displayed on the report, it would be nice to be able to see what it is.

This would be extremely helpful. Any basic measure of correlation strength would be so helpful.

On this forum, it would be helpful to see date stamps beside each post and comment when viewing an idea list such as this one: https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/status/1328500

Also, it would be helpful to have a "meta" category for ideas on topics other than the Power BI product itself.

I'd like to be able to define how rows are sorted. From what I can tell it's AtoZ or ZtoA, but I need to be able to define the sort order.

For example, if I'm using a matrix and have text row values, the logical order in which they should be displayed doesn't necessarily match alphabetic order.
