Thank you all for the feedback since our last update. We’re working on building a new navigation experience to allow authors to customize a folder-like structure for all the contents within Power BI Apps. Stay tuned!
Checking with Will Thompson and moving status to backlog

Currently we are not planning to allow multiple apps to be published from one workspace. Soon we will allow you to discover and use a dataset across workspaces. Once we have this capability, we believe much of the need for multiple apps per workspace will be addressed.
Another update on this item – users now have the ability to set up scheduled subscriptions with paginated reports and 6 different formats, along with parameters per subscription to allow further personalization. There is also now the ability to create paginated reports against any Power BI dataset in the service, and we’re planning to add drillthrough from Power BI to Paginated Reports in the short term.
We still have plans to support e-mail attachments for Power BI reports as well in the coming months, and we’ll share more specifics once we get closer to starting that work.
We’re pleased to announce that in the May release of Power BI Desktop you can now define incremental refresh policies for your models.
At present these only apply once the model is published to a Premium workspace in the Power BI service; we’ll be bringing it to all Pro users in the future.
You can read more about it in our blog here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-may-2018-feature-summary/#incrementalRefresh
We’re going to leave this idea open for now, so please give us your feedback while we’re in this preview phase!
The Workspace groups are a great addition to Power BI, but read-only members should be able to create their own dashboard by pinning visualizations.
Either let them create their personalized dashboard in the group or to their own workspace. Giving edit rights to members is a No-Go because they can delete and edit reports and datasets (even created by other users..).
Great idea. We have the concept of ‘favorites’ in the mobile iOS app, which we could bring into the dashboards with a personal dashboard too.
@Miguel, that does not work for a Live connection. I need to change the report datasource to use a MD Cube from another environment and this is causing me so much trouble...
Thanks for the suggestion, Derrick! We’ll consider this along with our other suggestions. If other people would find this helpful, please keep voting!
Is still being considered? Would be a great addition to the live SSAS Connection.
