Thanks for all the feedback on this! We are definitely planning on adding Incremental refresh to Pro. Do know though that it is a fair amount of work, so it may be a bit before we can give you a more firm timeline.
In the meantime, keep voting so you’re notified when we do have more information to share!

This would be a big help. It also would likely decrease your data costs as we load a huge amount of data every day (most of it never changes).

We’re pleased to announce that in the May release of Power BI Desktop you can now define incremental refresh policies for your models.
At present these only apply once the model is published to a Premium workspace in the Power BI service; we’ll be bringing it to all Pro users in the future.
You can read more about it in our blog here: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-desktop-may-2018-feature-summary/#incrementalRefresh
We’re going to leave this idea open for now, so please give us your feedback while we’re in this preview phase!

I am thankful that you will be sharing this with all pro users. I agree with the others, it would be nice to know when you think this will be available for Pro users?

I agree. Excluding the data in question shows how it impacts all visuals on the page. This would really helps on the easy of data analysis.

Multiple y-axis for Cartesian charts is on our backlog. I don’t have a timeline to share, but please keep voting. I’ll update the idea once we have more information to share.

Another update on this item – users now have the ability to set up scheduled subscriptions with paginated reports and 6 different formats, along with parameters per subscription to allow further personalization. There is also now the ability to create paginated reports against any Power BI dataset in the service, and we’re planning to add drillthrough from Power BI to Paginated Reports in the short term.
We still have plans to support e-mail attachments for Power BI reports as well in the coming months, and we’ll share more specifics once we get closer to starting that work.

Let's say there was a big dip in the financials when you lost business from an important customer, you can mark that so everyone can see why the chart changed so much. Then everyone afterwards who visit it will have a reason behind it and won't have to go digging through the details to find out why the dip.

Agreed that this is more of an annoyance. I love the drill down functionality. Alternatively you could enable drill down for the whole dashboard (or file) with one click instead of clicking on each visualization.

We will think about enabling this. Won’t “embedding” in a public site via iframe be sufficient?

This would be greatly appreciated and would help our charting ability.
