Need a relative dates filter allowing "calendar months" including current MTD
Current page-level filters allow us to look at relative months and years as simple "months" or "calendar months". "Calendar months" always excludes the current MTD, but that's exactly the range that I'm often looking for: Select data for whole prior months and MTD for the current month.
