Allow tabs in Dashboard
... rather than the page metaphor. My visuals are hierarchical which fits nicely with tabs. But with pages the user has to find the page.

Allow Report tabs to be vertically displayed and pop out
My tabs are descriptive and long. A vertical pop out would serve to organize my tabs like a menu.

Add a property to Visuals that locks the visual to a set X- and Y-position
When sharing reports with in-house teams its easy to mistakenly drag a visual out of its place when working on it. A simple Yes/No setting to Lock in place will avoid this.

Ability to dynamically (with DAX functions or Measures) assign (data) values to a Format property
Examples: set Reference Line from a data field value (In PBI Desktop July you now call it Constant Line). set a color to a line or bar chart when a threshold is crossed Set title value of a chart from data.
