Allow 'Analyze in Excel' to data with RLS
Currently you cannot analyse in Excel data that is associated with an RLS. I believe you should be able to do that if you are included in the RLS.

If a user has to undertake some ad-hoc analysis for someone, they should be able to reload the data and only share it with the right people

Gridlines option for Desktop report development area
It can get a bit messy trying to make the visuals attractive. I know we can use the x and y, but having a grid background option would make it easier
