Less and most frequently used reports list in Power BI
As we are looking for the most used (frequently used) reports and least accessed reports, it would be very helpful if this feature is added to Power BI. We need to see the rank list of the most and lest frequently used reports in Power BI
There need to be a controlling mechanism for Power BI developers on which database can be accessed.
If the Power BI developers have credential information for 100 database instances, but the company only wants Power BI access to 5 databases, there should be a control mechanism preventing a developer to simply use known credentials for the other 95 databases to pull data into Power BI?
Need to show the number of usage hits for a slicer change in Audit logs
Through audit logs process, we need to know how many times the User is changing the slicer selection. If there is any way to capture usage or hits to a slicer change.
Need to allow only certain users to share contents with external users.
An option to allow only members of a specific security group to share reports and contents with guest/external users. This option was previously available in Power BI tenant settings. After recent Power BI updates, this option has been removed.
Apps need to be sorted in alphabetical order by default
The apps need to be sorted in alphabetical order by default without changing it manually. The apps are currently sorted as 'endorsement' by default.
Need to see the the date of the last update of the report disappeared when you hover over it in the "fields" area
Need to see the date of the last update of the report disappeared when you hover over it in the "fields" area along with 'Table name' and 'Storage mode' in Power BI Desktop. This feature was available earlier but not in recent updates.
