Allow transparency to be set on Conditional Formatting (background color)
When setting a background color in PBI, on most visuals, I can set the "transparency" value. This is great! It allows me to "soften" the colors in the background. However, with conditional formatting, when setting the background color, I cannot do this. This seems very inconsistent. Why not ...
