'Open in new tab' Setting for Dashboard Tiles
This is an option for external URLs when 'Set custom link' is selected in Tile Details but not for links to other dashboards or reports in the current workspace or for the default tile click-through destination.

Hide / Show Filters for Report Readers
There's an option to show or hide the entire Filter Pane for report readers, but I'd like an option to hide all / show all filters at ONLY the visual level, while retaining visibility of page-level and/or All Pages filters.
