Better visibility for menu at left
Having the ability to adjust the font of the left menu would be very helpful. At present, the gray-on-gray default setting can be difficult to read for a number of users. The option to use a more high-contrast color scheme would be great.

Transfer of ownership of created dashboards
It would be great if there was an option to tranfer ownership of created reports and dashboards. This way, work would not have to be duplicated if the original creator was to leave the company/change roles/etc.
