allow python connection from ADS to Datamart
Azure Data Studio can read Datamarts thru SQL but not Python 3. There is a connection blockage : the host close the connection.

Deliver Datamart to GA
Datamart would be in General Availability : when they go to premium workspace the Create button would never show "Preview" joined to the "Datamart" item. We wish this since mid-2022.
