Visual Headers: Implement the same configuration options for visual headers in PBI Service AND Desktop
The "copy visual as image"-header is set as default in PBI Service, but there is no way to deactivate it in PBI Desktop. After a new upload of a report, it is always switched back to the default setting. It takes time and is error prone to deactivate it again in PBI Service.
