Add Option/Checkbox in PowerBI Alert Configuration to only consider Threshold (either the Data Change or Not)
In PowerBI Alert, we were testing and see flaw on it. If you created an alert it only triggers when Dataset Refresh and if the Data Changes. For an example, we have set up an alert initially on a Card tile which is above 0 it will be triggered initially if the value is 1 (Record A) for example....
