Publish report to service with "Apply Later" option without forcing us to refresh data on Desktop
We have this HUGE issue every single time there is a need to publish reports contaning huge data. Why does Power BI Desktop force us to Apply Changes and refresh data on Desktop version, when its going to be refreshed anyways on the Services after being Published???? I am talking about 50 to 10...
