Support Table Preview features in Private Link enabled
There are a number of important features in Power BI service that are currently not supported for the tenants with Private Link enabled (no internet access). I strongly believe that adopting data security measures should not deprive the Power BI customers from the promised services and features while they are paying for them (as Premium capacity in particular).
One of those features is the Table Preview. This along other features (such as linking own ADLS, ...) must be available even when the Private Link is enabled.

Enable Publish to Web for Azure Private Link.
Currently, Publish to Web isn't supported when the tenant setting Azure Private Link is enabled in Fabric. Kindly enable this feature so that users will be able to protect the data.

Generating the Page View data in the Usage metric on enabling the Azure Private Links
Hi Team,
We need to generate the Page View data and information in the Usage metrics report on enabling the Azure Private Link. As per the current functionality, on enabling the Azure Private Link the Usage metric report is not able to capture the Page Views information and can be seen only when Azure Private Link is in disabled state. However, because of the security reasons, the Azure Private Link is specifically disabled.
Thus, we request you to add functionality so that Page Views information can be captured in the Usage metric report when the Azure Private Link is in the disabled state. This is one of the important requirement that our client are seeking and really looking for a roadmap to fix this limitation in upcoming releases.

Monitor Premium capacity in a private link environment
Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app does not work when Private Link is enabled.
We would like a way to work around this limitation and monitor Premium capacity even in a private link environment.

Support of external icons or images in private links
When private link is enabled in Power BI Service. We need to allow the images or icons to upload in workspace settings so that it can be helpful for all the customer who all are facing this issues. It's a consideration's as per Power BI private link document. If Possible Microsoft should add this feature so that who all wants to safe there data by enabling in Power BI Service they should not get effected by this kinds of issues. ASK: Please team take this idea has a second thought and implement it if possible.

Add Email subscription functionalilty to PBI service when accessed via Private Endpoint/PrivateLink
Currently Email Subscription functionality is disabled when PBI service is accessed via Private Endpoint/PrivateLink.
Please create the option to enable/disable this in Admin portal.

subscription to be modified by multiple members
We have a group of people using Power BI reports, in which a Subscription is created by me is not visible by others. If we have an option to show the subscriptions like public or private in which public subscription can be visible for all the members who have access for those reports/part of subscription emails where as private subscription be visible only to the one who created. This will help others to modify the Subscriptions when creator is not available

Exclude links for subscriptions
I would like to schedule reports pages to email out on a schedule, but not include links to the report or to manage subscriptions. I would like to be able to subscribe people outside of my organization who will not have access to my organization's Power BI instance.

Please enable anyone with access to a report, to subscribe others to that same report such that the newly subscribed person will only have access if it that person has also been granted to the underlying dataset (and per that person's individual security role). Enable any subscribed user to unsubscribe regardless of the origin of their subscription.
The rule that only a report author can subscribe people is limiting.
The rule that when someone subscribes you to a report you cannot unsubscribe yourself is limiting.

Enable Subscription Send After Any Successful Refresh
Many people need to send out subscriptions multiple times in a single day. To have subscriptions sent out after a successful refresh (throughout the day), a person can either perform this manually, or schedule a refresh slightly earlier than a subscription. The second option enables automation, but the results are often unsatisfactory. Specifically, the refresh fails or hangs up, and the subscription goes out anyway. Enabling subscription send following any successful refresh would help automate this. Thank you for your time.
