Hide Reports in Workspace
I would like the ability to hide specific reports in any workspace or in the shared with me section. Also, this should be able to be completed from the Administration level and separately at the user level. For instance I as an Administrator would like to hide paginated sub reports, but a user might like to hide individual reports that do not pertain to that specific user.

Hide and categorize workspaces
After a while more and more workspaces are created. Some are automaticly created from a Sharepoint etc. This lead at one point that the workspace-menu is really messy and its hard to find the workspace that you are looking for.
It would be nice to have the function to hide the workspaces that you don't really need/use and categorize the one that you use (eg. Operation, Sales, Finance ...) to bring a little bit of order in your workspace-menu.

Ability to hide workspaces in power bi service
Would be nice to add option to hide workspace from the workspaces list in power bi service similar to Microsoft Teams where you can toggle visibility of the team that you're actively working. The hidden workspaces will be under Hidden workspaces section.

Hide reports for workspace Viewers in Power BI Service
I would like to suggest the ability for a workspace Admin or Member (or Contributor) to hide certain reports in a workspace from the workspace Viewers, by providing a "Hide" checkbox in the report settings.
The most important use case for this is when we deploy paginated subreports that should not be run independently from the main paginated report, but need to be published in the same workspace as the main report. This is creating confusion amongst report consumers, so the subreport should be hidden while it can still be opened through the main report.
Another use case is when a (significant) production bug is found in a report, so that report consumers should not be using the report in production. The release schedule and traceability procedures do not allow us to remove the report from the workspace immediately, but we should be able to temporarily hide it from report consumers.

Hide non mobile dashboards from mobile only workspace
We would like the option to hide non mobile dashboards from our workspace and create a dedicated mobile workspace. So that when users open our workspace on their mobile device they only see dashboards that are explicitly intended for that platform

Organising "My Workspace"
Ability to Create Folders in "My Workspace" so that similar objects can be stored together. This would help decrease the clutter from the "My Workspace" page, as currently, everything resides in 1 list and it is tedious to scroll through and look for an object every time.
Administrator
Folder is in public preview and can be created in my workspace.

Hiding and grouping Workspaces and Apps in Power BI Service
In larger organizations, the amounts of workspaces and apps quickly becomes large. I suggest adding an ability to hide workspaces and apps, like you can in Power BI desktop with fields. I also suggest adding the ability to group workspaces and apps, for instance per business stream, opCo , division etc.

Run Pipeline Option -- from in workspace
In a workspace, a dataflow’s icons/menu offers a refresh option, allowing the user to start a refresh without leaving the workspace explorer view. However, for data pipelines, no “run pipeline” icon/menu option is displayed in the workspace. Instead, the user needs to open the pipeline in order to manually kick it off.
Would be nice to have a "run pipeline" option directly in the workspace UX, so that the user does not need to open the pipeline in order to kick it off.
