Single Click Drill Through

Enable single click drill through in reports. Left mouse button and no dropdown. Conditional formatting that shows this is enabled. I don't think a hidden button works.

One Click Drill Through

The Drill Through functionality in Power BI is available on Right Click (or a button). In today's world, we are so used to click on URLs with single click activation; it's becoming the standard in most modern interfaces. It's just more intuitive!

Hence, One Click Drill Through feature should be added to Power BI to improve user experience (UI and UX). When a single drill through destination is available, let the report designer decides if it's more relevant to activate cross-filtering or one-click-drill-through.

At present there is no option of a 'one click drill through' - most involve at least two clicks.

What I've frequently been asked by consumers of my reports is the ability to say click on a product within my table visual and it take my through to the details page I've created - in the old report they had which I've rebuilt in Power BI this was possible so it has hindered their migration across. Even it being limited to the first column in any table would be handy? (an option to switch between clicking a row as drill through or on page filtering may be necessary?)

I appreciate that right clicking and quickly clicking on drill through is fairly easy, but it is something that is hindering my users moving across from some fairly ancient reporting built in house which has a feature of a simple one click to display more information.

Switch between filtering and drilling-through for the action "Right Click" in a chart.

This idea come for the demand of simplicity in the story flow and user experience of our customers. When clicking in one of the field of a bar chart it offers the drill-through option that leads to a different slide of the report. However this means a double left click action that slows the flow of the story. 

Would't it be nices for UX that if the drill-though option is on , just by clicking once in the field of the bar chart drills-thorugh it to a different slide?

My suggestion is a switch for the right click action: 1. Filter in the same slide (usual behaviour) 2. Drill-though with just one click.

Enabling one click drill down if drill down is used, otherwise one click is selector. Double click on the other hand will enable drill through. Clients usually have 0 Power BI skills, or any computer skills at all. The drilling function (down,through,levels) is not intuitive. This is a big user interface upgrade.

Drill-through button to drill through between reports

The drill-through button only supports drill-through between pages within the same report.

To drill through to other reports, you must navigate through the right-click menu.

I would like the ability to drill through between reports using the drill through button.

To make the report intuitive and easy to use for the average user, it should be possible to navigate between pages by simply clicking a button on the screen, without using technical terms like drill-through.

Another weakness of Power BI reports that make heavy use of drill-throughs is that several developers cannot develop reports in parallel.

Support for drill-through button functionality between different report files would allow for parallel report development by several people.

i want to be able to drill through in the dashboard view and not having to go to the report view i have to turn on the drill through every time i leave the report page, it would be better if it stayed on and if i could manually put it off if i don't need it.

Hide report page and reset drill through filter

It would be great to have an option to hide specific report page in normal view, and to make it accessible using the drill-through mode only. Also, the existing drill-through filter option doesn't reset the filters when you leave the filtered page - it'd be great if the page auto resets the filters when the back button is clicked.
