Help tooltip & Visual tooltip text formatting options.

Please add more text formatting options to the Help tooltip text and Visual tooltip text features. At present only Font, size, colour , background, transparency options are available. It will be better and helpful if you can also provide with text alignment, Font Bold, Italic options also. Currently, the information text on mouse over a help '?' icon is not displaying in proper alignment (hope its right aligned by default). Similarly for the Visual tooltip feature.

    Thanks.

    Titles format

Hello, I wish it was possible to manage the title format, so being able to decide whether a particular word should be made bold etc., instead of having to make the whole title bold.

Incorporate HTML Formatting Into Table & Matrix Display

I have a dynamic table that lists out projects for every client concatenated into one field with the status, name and details. I need to be able to bold and change the color of portions of this text to make it easier to skim and presentation ready. I can easily incorporate the html coding within the concatenation that occurs during the data structuring.

    Example:

*In Process: Project 1 This is project 1, Project 2 This is another project that we have been working on for a very long time, *Completed: Project 3 This project was completed last year, *On Hold: Project 4 This project was put on hold., *Not Started: Project 5 This project is blah blah blah, Project 6 This project is another one with lots of words to add more text.

Better formatting options for visualisation text

Currently only text boxes have more comprehensive (although still far too limited) options for formatting text. Visuals like the cards should have at least the same types of formatting options. Ideally all text components of any visual should have more than just font, font size and font colour. Bold, Italic and Underline need to be added. Alignment would help in some places as well. Because of this I often have to keep text box components very plain where they would need to sit alongside or be used on a report with cards because cards are so plainly formatted. It's a shortcoming that pushes me back to SSRS.

    Gauge Values Exceeding Maximum Value

If a gauge has a maximum value and the gauge's value exceeds it than allow the value currently shows up in bold. It would be nice if in this case the Gauge is extended to the value, and any excess beyond the maximum value is highlighted (for example in red). It would also be nice if the number in the middle of the gauge was updated to be bold red.

Evaluate Excel Cell properties in Power Query of when importing Excel files

Excel is one of the most widely imported datasources. Table sections a often broken up by a Bold font/ /spaces or tab within the cell for grouping. All this valuable information is lost when importing data from excel into Power Query. It is virtually impossible to import some grouped data without hardcoding all sections through custom transformations, something we would all love to avoid. if [myColumn].CellProperties('Font-style') = "Bold", true, false

Decomposition Tree visual ideas to improve

-Make it posible to disable the background on the Headers.

-Make it posible for the conector lines (positive) color to mach the colors set on the conditional formating for data bars.

-Make it posible to change the color of the headers highlight/divider independently from the conector lines.

-Add padding option to manage space between the category label and the value.

-Values should have formatting options for "Default", "Selected" states. This is only available for the category label. In fact, it is by default when selected, the label is bolded and there is no option to change this.

-Make it posible to have a fixed position of the tree inside the visual area. It shouldn't move around if you drag by mistake, or even if you close the tree branches, it shouldn't move the tree root's position.

-Make it posible for the category labels to wrap text.

Format row headers for show on rows matrix individually

I've seen this mentioned before and was told it was "in process" but I have yet to see it happen and I'd like it to go a bit further. This is especially true with really complicated matrix visuals. It took a lot of work to get this multi level table to work for Finance and it has several levels from Net to Invoiced to Discounts, etc. Normally, you would have the net gross pairs part either Bold or with a bold line above or as a last resort, at least have the grey line go all the way across but it won't do the rows individually. Amt % Total OLK UTY Total OLK UTY Total Returns Net Total I'd like to have Net Total be bold and have a line across the top (or on the bottom of the second row) for all fields across. I'd also like to be able to make the Amt & % total sections diferent colors. A line or a blank space between the two would also be nice. I know a lot of people need this kind of complexity, especially in finance. It would also be really nice to be able to paste an example in this suggestion :)

Could you add Azure Analysis Services as a data source for Paginated Reports in Power BI Premium? We have our data for standard Power BI reports in Azure Analysis Services and need to use features of Paginated reports in our project for specific reporting tasks.

Please add a mouse-over function to show call-offs with information about the dashboard. It would be useful to explain the meaning of an object or how to read data to new users: if it is my first time to see a report, i would like to move the mouse over each object and see a short text to help me out.
